Reservations, Deposits & Cancellation Notices:
Minimum 2-night stay.
All bookings require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking, as noted below.
Please note, our Cancellation policy follows this section and shows additional requirements beyond the cancellation dates shown below.
Bookings for 2 to 3 nights require a deposit equal to the first night’s rate plus taxes. We will retain the deposit if we receive cancellation notice less than 2 weeks before your check-in date.
Bookings for 4 to 5 days require a deposit of 1/3 of the total owed. We will retain the deposit if we receive cancellation notice less than 3 weeks before your check-in date.
6 days or longer bookings require a deposit of 50% of the full amount. We will retain 50% of the deposit if we receive cancellation notice between one and 2 months before your check-in. We will retain the full deposit if we receive cancellation notice less than one month before your check-in.
Major credit cards and email money transfers are accepted. Confirmations will be provided by email.

Please note the following:
To cover our administration costs, a $50.00 service charge will be applied to all cancellations.
To be eligible for a refund of the deposit (less the $50.00 service charge), cancellation requests must be received before the notice periods shown in the Reservations, Deposits and Cancellation Notices section on this web page.
Please ask your travel agent about trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen changes in your plans.
